CYCLING SUPPLEMENTS.

Many bodybuilders and serious lifters believe that supplements can construct as well as destruct their physiques. They believe when they are “off” supplements they will start losing their hard earned muscles.

Human body is a wonderful piece of biological machinery. Our body is much smarter then we think. When we inject any exogenous substances such as alcohol, drugs, supplements etc. Our body starts reacting and builds tolerance against it. And as the days passes you need to consume more and more of the substance to get the desired result.

Human body is full of receptors which have the ability to bind to specific receptor agonists and antagonists. Receptor agonists activate the receptors. Antagonists do the opposite of agonists. Creatine is very popular among bodybuilders. Creatine is a supplement by which your body will accustomed to it. To see similar gains you should cycle creatine. I have seen many bodybuilders who think that if they will stop using creatine they will lose their muscles so they continue using creatine round the year. Which leads to no results. There are different ways bodybuilders use to cycle creatine.  I will mention few here:

1. Loading Phase: 20 Gms for 5 days. [5 Gms X 4 times]

And 5 Gms everyday for the next 7 weeks and 2 weeks off.

2. 10 Gms after work out every day for 6 weeks and two weeks off.

3. 5 Gms after workout every day for 8 weeks and then two weeks off.

Now as you know few ways you can try any of this and stick to the one which gives the best result to you. I have mentioned the three ways which I have seen gives the best results you might find few more ways.

CYCLING THERMOGENICS:ephedrine-pills

Thermogenic is famous for its fat burning property. It makes you alert in your workout. In case you don’t know thermogenics drain the adrenal glands. The more you will use thermogenic the more it burns your adrenal glands. Now if you are thinking how you will come to know that your adrenal glands are burned out, there are few symptoms by which you can come to know that your adreanal glands are burned out. If you feel lethargic and get headaches when you are not taking thermogenics, then there is a possibility that your adrenal glands are burned out.
