I have seen people doing few mistakes which they think help them in their goal. I come across many people every day in my gym doing the same mistakes. Here are few mistakes you should avoid.
1. Doing Same Workouts:
This is one of the huge mistake I see people doing. For example they will run for 20 mins at 6 km speed. Initially they will see results but as time passes their body will adapt this and will not show the same results it use to show. You have to increase the intensity and even the machines. You can do elliptical, spinners or rowers as an alternative of treadmill. Human body adapts everything very quickly so give it a change and try different machines and techniques.
2. You will gain more if you lift weights for more hours:
I always see people working out in a gym for 3-4 hours. They think the longer they workout the more gains they will see. This is the biggest mistake. You don’t build muscles in the gym you build muscles when you are resting.
3. Exercising with cold
Yes this is a bad idea. People think that exercising with cold would make it go even faster but in reality it will make things worse. When you are exercising your immune system isn’t running at 100%. It’s working to repair muscles. It is always better to rest and hit the gym once you get over a cold.
